When was the last time you were nervous over a putt or a shot? Maybe the last time you stood on the first tee! Hey, we ALL get nervous at least once in a while. After all, we’re human, not robots. Ok, here are some things you can do today and while you play your very next round to eliminate nerves. Better yet, to make nerves your ally instead of an enemy.

Great exercise to do before 1st Tee. I tried it and puts you straight into auto pilot.

So simple – but so utterly logical. It’s coming out with me on my next round!

Excellent and widely used technique for helping people control the less than desirable physical responses to stressful and/or anxious situations in life. The fact that a golf coach is recommending this will ensure a wider audience and hopefully more people(guys especially) will understand the potential benefits. Sure it will help your golf, but also take it into the car when driving, to the factory, the boardroom, your home or wherever and enjoy the positive effect on life skills. Well done Craig, you may achieve much more than a reduction in tee related nerves
